Many know the story on Dick and Rick Hoyt.  They’ve been featured in HBO’s Real Sports program, and their story is easily one of my favorite segments of that show.

I was watching ESPN’s E:60 last night and saw a piece they did on two brothers, Connor Green and Cayden Long.  Like Rick Hoyt, Cayden has cerebral palsy.  He can’t walk, he can’t talk, but with his Connor’s help, he can definitely SWIM, BIKE, and RUN.

The most amazing part of the whole thing is that Connor is only 7 years old, his brother Cayden is 5.
