I know there’s a heat wave currently happening on the east coast but before you start complaining about how hot it is, think about what the weather was like 5 months ago. It was bitter cold, there was a foot of snow on the ground, and every state in the lower 48, except for Florida, had some sort of snow cover.
Embrace the heat and stay hydrated!
